New year, new day. Let it not be said that we have silenced what can change the hearts of man, but have stepped up and vocalized the love of God. Let us be awake and watchful. Aware and alert and sensitive to what the Holy Spirit is saying to the Church today. Listen, be equipped, walk and talk it out.
Now as always be vocal with what we have been given. You snooze you lose is so applicable.
Awake from your slumber, arise and be seen that the Glory of the Lord shall be risen upon you for all men to salvation and great joy. Full of the word of God, Full of the peace of God.

Galatians 5:25 (The Message)Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives.
When I think about many things that have been spoken from the pulpit lately, questions, that pentrate right to the core, I ask God how much "religion" is still hindering my freedom. The freedom that would cause me to evangilize? As Pastor spoke New Year's Eve, evangalism is a selfless act, religion is a selfish act. When was the last time "I" led someone to the Lord? It's been a long time. Am I just holding the idea in my head and the intention in my heart, or will I work this out in every detail of my life?
What is a question meant to do, provoke an answer....... make a choice.......
Mine is to obey the mandate from the Holy Ghost "2009 is the year of harvest".

First time responding, first time communicating, first time initiating relations out side my comfort zone, first time of writing it out without the ability to recant, take back, expound or verbalize my thoughts. But, thats o.k. because true Agape is making myself vulnerable, to both freind and foe, and through Agape will bring great growth, and with great growth-I will be able to fulfill the great mandate for 09'. To break out of the mundane and overcome fear, I will walk in the great power and Love of God - I shall 'evangilize or die' and in dying to self, His will and Love for souls will become evident in my life. Not just ministry as we think we know it to be. But a true passion for those in a hurting world and don't know their way out. For how shall they know unless one is sent...
